For: Ages 13 & Up. All experience levels welcome!
When: Tuesday Nights,
6:00 pm–6:45 pm
Cost: $15 per session (Drop-in class; no need to register. Pay via Venmo or cash in class)
Location: Community Room in Denny Barrett Fieldhouse (8710 N. College Ave.)

What to Expect
Join a 45-minute barre-less barre class that starts with big moves to get your heart rate up, followed by small, focused exercises to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. All moves are low impact, leaving you feeling strong and energized. This class welcomes participants of all experience levels, from beginners trying barre for the first time to seasoned enthusiasts looking to enjoy a total-body workout.
About Barre
Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout blending yoga, Pilates, and ballet. Using small movements, pulses, and repetition, it targets and strengthens muscles you didn’t know you had, leaving you shaking with strength. Adaptable to all fitness levels, barre complements activities like running and cycling and helps build strength and flexibility.
About Caroline
Caroline Scott discovered barre in 2018 and has been teaching since 2019. She loves the strength, flexibility, and confidence it builds and is thrilled to bring the benefits of barre to FBA—helping you embrace the “muscle shake” and carve out 45 minutes for yourself!
