Welcome to First Baptist Athletics - Spring 2025 Baseball, Softball, & T-Ball!

The First Baptist Athletics Baseball and Softball programs are designed for players of all skill levels. Our goal is to teach baseball and softball in an environment that emphasizes fun and competition without sacrificing good sportsmanship and respect for others. All practices and games will be held on the outdoor baseball and softball fields at First Baptist Athletics at 8710 N. College Ave, Indianapolis, IN. 

Age Divisions
Baseball/Softball divisions are offered for girls ages 4 to 11 and boys ages 4 to 13, based on the participant's age as of May 1.

Season Calendar

Practices and Games

All divisions will have one practice per week and a Saturday game until weeknight games begin in place of practices.

Cost
The cost per participant for the season is $125 for all divisions, except the 4-year-old and 5-6-year-old divisions which are $115. The registration cost includes a baseball or softball shirt and a team hat. A $25 late fee will be charged on all registration orders placed after 5:00 AM on March 31.

Equipment/Supplies
Participants should bring a glove, cleats, and their hat to all practices and games. The 4-year-old and 5-6-year-old leagues do not need cleats, but the 7-8-year-old division and up are encouraged to use cleats. No metal spikes are allowed in any leagues.

Volunteer coaches are needed for every team. Please consider volunteering as a head coach or assistant coach when registering your child. A criminal background check is required for all coaches.

Head Coaches are asked to attend a coaches meeting before the season starts and will receive rosters, team schedules, and uniforms. Coaches will lead drills at practices and oversee game activities.

Assistant Coaches lend a significant helping hand to head coaches at practices and games.
